Are you ready Freddie? - Not quite it seems

He says on arsenal.com: "Physically I feel alright but I need to get some match sharpness back. But concerning when I'm back in the first team, we'll have to see what the boss says.

"It was OK tonight though. For me personally it was better than last week [against Chelsea] when it was really painful afterwards. Tonight I did not have as much pain as I did before. So it is all pretty good and it was planned that I would come off at half time.

"There is still a bit of pain. I might have that for a month or so but as long as I can play with it that's OK."

I reckon that he's unlikely to be risked against Man.Utd. this weekend, despite his exemplary record against them. I'd go for Parlour to partner Paddy in the centre of midfield at Old Trafford to replace the knackered Gilberto, who played for the full ninety minutes in China this week.
