"It is fantastic to break this record. This team deals well with pressure but it is positive pressure. We enjoy that and love to play the game. We are flat at not winning but I must say what these boys have done since the start of the season is remarkable. I am very proud of them."

"To be so consistent for so long is a remarkable achievement," he said. "The consequence of being consistent is that you don't lose matches, if you don't lose matches, you tend to win trophies, so we can be quite happy about that.

"You always respect Manchester United but they are 12 points behind us and five behind Chelsea. While one of us might drop points, it's difficult to see two teams doing it at this stage of the season."

"We have come out of the dressing room disappointed because we felt we were the better side but overall we have to be happy with what we have done."
