Many will say that the player is more trouble than he's worth, but there can be no denying his quality. Milan are looking to reduce their wage bill and apparently would welcome a realistic bid for the player who wants to return to the Premier League. Their is of course the question of whether we can satisfy his wage demands - of course we can afford it, but club policy might dictate otherwise. Let's hope that penny pinching doesn't cause us to lose his services. Julian Draxler has confirmed that we tried to sign him back in January. He's said that he plans to stay at Schalke for another season yet, so this one will have to go on the back burner for now. We are hearing stokes about Santi Cazorla wanting to return to Spain - we sincerely hope this isn't true, and the timing is shocking given that only last week we declared ourselves to be 'covered in midfield' hence to non-signing of Fabregas. There will be a lot of twists and turns this summer - much more speculation to come, but are we confident that Wenger is on the case?
