The Milwaukee Bucks held on to the top seed in the Eastern Conference on Thursday night, as they narrowly defeated the Boston Celtics 98-97. In the waning seconds of regulation, the Bucks held onto a 95-92 lead. A 3-point lead, at that stage of the game, is a huge plus, but that's if the defense can hold up.
