Dippers vs. Plastics on the big screen, Riders Of The Night and Xmas build up @ The Rocket!

Last updated : 13 December 2007 By Chris Parry
Well Sky Sports in all their pomp and ado have billed Sunday as "Grand Slam Sunday" which probably means Tim Henman will throw away a two-set lead at some point. But there's a good reason for the fuss. Sunday 16th December will be a day that the nation will look back on as the day that most influenced the 2007/08 league title. Two six pointers fused together in an orgasmic football fest of passion and hatred! For your visual delight, we'll be showing Goals On Sunday on the big screen from 11am to 12:30pm and then onto the pre-match build up of Liverpool vs. Man United. We could do with the Scousers grabbing all three points at Anfield given that the Mancs are too close for comfort at the moment!

At half time, we have a brand new live act for you! The Riders Of The Night have been around Arsenal for many a year now and no doubt you'll have heard some of their stuff over the years. We're very honoured to be showcasing them on the stage as they launch their new album "Be'Jesus Said Paddy" at The Rocket. The album is in memory of The Bear and proceeds will be going to his family. As if the knock down price of a fiver wasn't reason enough to grab yourself a copy!

We'll have Christmas party tickets on sale on Sunday too so if you haven't got yours yet, grab them to guarantee your entry! If you've been to previous Xmas and End Of Season parties, you'll know that we lay it on nice and thick! Full details are on the next article.
