Is this Arsene Wengers last chance

Arsene Wenger's job will come under serious scrutiny if he goes another trophy less season as Arsenal's manager, and with the Gunners out of the Capital One Cup after a disastrous match against League 2 side Bradford they are going to struggle to find a trophy.

Arsene has rarely been criticised by Arsenal fans even after a 7 year spell without winning any (serious) silverware. I'm sorry to say the Emirates Cup doesn't count. The Fa Cup and Champions League are the last tournaments that they are involved in after poor form has left them too far off the top of the Premier League to mount a challenge to worry the two Manchester clubs, however it would seem that after finishing second in their group a very tough draw could await the Gunners in the 1st knockout round of the Champions League, with Barcelona, Borrusia Dortmund, Bayern Munich and PSG all teams easily capable of beating Arsenal.

So unless you are a very optimistic Arsenal fan the Champions League and Premier League are more of a distant dream at this point in the season. So it seems Wenger may have to rely on the FA Cup to get himself some silverware before the easily pleased Arsenal fans finally see 8 season without a trophy isn't good enough for a team of Arsenal's quality and stature.

It may not be that simple though as the 3rd round draw has given them a very tough trip to Swansea who beat Arsenal 2-0 in London only a few weeks ago and with all the big clubs yet to play in the FA Cup the road to Wembley is still blocked by England and Europe's finest.

Will Arsenal won anything this season? Will Arsene Wenger keep his job?
