Chicago Cubs pitcher Carl Edwards Jr. capped a tough start to the season with an April 6 demotion to Triple-A Iowa. Edwards was supposed to be one of the Cubs' top bullpen arms this season, of course, as he has been the past two seasons, compiling a 2.98 ERA in 2017, and a 2.60 ERA in 2018.
