No Rocket this Saturday, Youth Cup, Carling Cup scarves!

Last updated : 16 February 2007 By Ben Dimech
Unfortunately, due to a booking made by London Metropolitan University, The Rocket will not be open at all on Saturday. The next game at The Rocket will be the Reading home fixture on Sat 3rd March, 3pm. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

REDaction asked the club to provide free scarves for the Carling Cup final on Sunday week. Due to budget and time constraints, the club has regretfully been unable to provide this. However, they have said that any scarves bought at the club shop between now and the cup final will be at a 30% discount to cup final ticket holders so do try and grab some and have them ready for the Chelsea match so we can show them that red and white are the colours for such occasions.

If you manage to get to the Youth Cup game at Ashburton Grove this coming Monday at 7pm (£3 entry on the door!), the club have asked us to communicate that flags will be welcome. These young players will thrive off a noisy, colourful atmosphere so please do what you can to support them. Use your discretion but we've been unofficially assured that the recent policies with flags will not be enforced for this game at least!

The Rocket: Please note that due to the entry policy in place, no under-14s will be admitted. 14-17 year-olds must be accompanied by an adult. Home fans with any type of home memberships/tickets are welcome as are their guests!

The Rocket is open every weekend home match. At present, it will not be available for weekday matches. The address is 166-220 Holloway Rd, N7 8DB (opposite Paddy Power and five mins walk from the ground).
