The Premier League have handed out fines to all three parties involved in the 'Colegate' saga, but have partially bottled out of the points deduction for Chelsea.
The fines are as follows:
Cole: £100K fine
Mourinho: £200K fine
Chelsea FC: £300K fine and 3 points docked (suspended).
The points will only be deducted from Chelsea if they re-offend during the 2005/6 season.
Ashley Cole's Lawyer Graham Shear spoke to the assembled pressmen after the announcement and stated that there would be an appeal.
