Real Madrid or Barcelona for Arsenal flop Bendtner

I often imagine myself scoring at Ibrox for Celtic in an Old Firm Derby in the 90th minute in Sergio Aguero like fashion. Never going to happen though, too many pints of stout and too many of Mammy's potatoes, coupled the demise of Rangers, has put an end to my football dreams.

Arsenals Nicklas Bendtner is still dreaming on though, yes he is a professional footballer, but a series of failed loan spells in England and abroad have beared no fruit, and he is widely regarded as a flop by Arsenal fans.

He finds himself in Arsenals first team this year, due to the fact that Arsene Wenger didn't buy a back up striker in the summer for Olivier Giroud, and again he has been lacklustre.

The Dane has failed to live up to his potential, but characteristically Bendtner is looking towards the future with great optimism.

Danish publication Politiken questioned the 25 year old after Denmarks recent friendly victory over Norway.

When the self proclaimed 'greatest striker in the world' was asked: ''how do you envisage to continue your career?'' Bendtner replied: ''Real Madrid or Barcelona''

Aye.... Good cover you'd make for Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo.
