REDaction take over Islington Academy for Villarreal!

Last updated : 01 April 2009 By Ben Dimech
Maybe a better question is where will YOU watch the Villarreal game? With news of some Arsenal pubs (and the club themselves) charging Gooners entry, as they have done in the past, REDaction have stepped in to offer you all a fantastic option.

We're very pleased to announce that for the third time since we were founded back in 2003, we've cut a deal with the Islington Academy to screen this crucial game at their venue! We've worked with them in the past for the Champions League final vs Barcelona and last season for the Champions League game at Anfield. Those of you who were at this amazing venue previously have kindly provided fantastic feedback saying how beautiful the building looked decked out in red and white with 800 Gooners going mental inside (Campbell's goal, Theo's memorable run for Ade's goal etc.).

We simply had to deliver it to you again. The demand has been incredible for this and we've been working hard to offer you another memorable night (for hopefully the right reasons this time!).

Entry is FREE - very rare for the Islington Academy - and not only that, lads, but we've got a beer promotion for you. Carlsberg is £2.90 all night! We may even have Sky TV cameras there as we have done for previous games. The fact that it's in the centre of Angel means you're in a great area with loads of pubs and bars so you can make a mockery of your school night! It's also a five minute stagger from Angel tube station.

So what will it be? Will you pay £2.50 to get into an Arsenal pub? Will you go to your local where dozens of plastic Mancs will be cheering on Villarreal? Or will you want to be in the Academy surrounded by cheering Gooners and Arsenal flags? Join us for an unforgettable night in an unforgettable venue!

Doors open at 6:30pm til 10pm
Entry - zero pounds. Nothing. Nada
