He says:

''If you want to be champions, you have to be very consistent at home. We have good momentum and are focused on how we will play, not how Fulham will cope with us.

''We were on a high on Tuesday and know Fulham will give us a hard game. It is a London derby against a team who can get results away from home. Fulham are good coming out from the back so we need all our weapons for the game. It is a vital one for us.''

''We've won three of the four big trophies in the last two years and now the competition is even higher. Manchester United are there and Chelsea are as well. Winning the title will be very difficult but my players are frustrated by not winning it last year and now have the hunger to go for it again this time around.''

Missing from the team will be Vieira, Parlour, Wiltord, Lauren and Keown.

Thierry Henry will be fit to start, as will Gilberto and Bergkamp who have both recovered from minor injuries.

Team from: Lehmann, Cole, Cygan, Clichy, Campbell, Taure, Hoyte, Pires, Ljungberg, Edu, Gilberto, Bergkamp, Henry, Kanu, Aliadiere, Stack.
