Thug Scholes puts Reyes out for three weeks

His performance prompted Arsene Wenger to say: "There were some very bad tackles out there and Paul Scholes got away with several of them".

Scholes is a midfielder with boundless energy, a great eye for goal, and total committment to the cause. He's also a nice lad off the field apparently, which makes one wonder why he turns into a thug when he crosses the white line.

With tough games on the horizon, we need all the players we can get, therefore losing Reyes will be a big blow, despite the fact the Sylvain Wiltord is back in the frame again.

We wish him a speedy recovery.
