Upson off to Madjeski

The former England Under-21 international is now expected to be in the reckoning for a place in the Royals' starting eleven for their game against Rotherham United on Saturday.

Upson said: "I met the lads before we headed off to training and I'm very pleased to be here.

"It's a good club with a good foundation and I am looking forward to playing some matches," he told the club's official website.
