Just when you have thought you'd seen it all, something new happens and shocks us as sports fans. Well in Sunday's game against the Marlins, Braves slugger Ozzie Albies broke his bat in a way that left us all speechless. The whole entire barrel seemed to come off, leaving just a sawed-off piece of straight wood flopping around while Albies held the handle. Normally bats split or merely crack, but in this case, Albies got jammed so severely that the bat had a mind of its own. ...
