He said:

"We needed a lift ahead of the Porto game and we showed good character, determination and organisation. We were under a lot of mental pressure but we had a good team response. We scored first and then it was easier.

"We were disappointed by our last two results. We realised that as a team we have to give more."

"The penalties were the turning points of the game. They looked to me to be penalties but it happens in some games that you don't get them.

"You have to work hard for your luck and we did today."
