Fulham v Arsenal - Player Ratings

In truth Fulham were woeful and allowed us to play but it was still an impressive performance and one that could be the basis for a glorious run to the title. We can dream…

Manuel Almunia - 6 - Hard to rate as he was never tested.

Bacary Sagna - 8 - The only surprising thing about Sagna's continuing excellence is that it continues to be surprising. Outstanding.

William Gallas - 7 - So solid he's becoming a bit dull. Maybe a new hairstyle is needed.

Philippe Senderos - 7 - Not really tested but showed his mettle after continuing despite having his nose smashed by Dempsey's elbow.

Gael Clichy - 8 - Having criticised his crossing on numerous occasions, I have to say he got it spot on this time. Always competitive.

Alexander Hleb - 9 - Back to his early season form. An absolute nightmare for the Fulham defence, but a joy to watch.

Francesc Fabregas - 7 - Signs of his best form in the first half and though he faded from the action for parts of the second he still produced some sublime passes.

Mathieu Flamini - 7 - Typical Flamini performance topped by a wonderful battling tackle to win the ball back for our second.

Tomas Rosicky - 7 - A lively showing and proved to be a goal threat - particularly after moving to the right. He might score the "icing-on-the-cake" goals but in a tight title race they could prove to be vital.

Emmanuel Adebayor - 8 - Quickly making the dangerous move from cult figure to talismanic player. Thank god the rest of the Togo team were incompetent.

Eduardo da Silva - 7 - Quiet in the first half he proved a thorn in Fulham's side down the left flank. Perhaps people will adjust their assessment of him as "merely" a finisher if he keeps supplying such excellent assists.
