I don't usually print speculation without the normal warnings if there is no official confirmation from the club, But I have been informed by someone with all the right credentials/connections that the green light has been given for building work to re-commence in earnest.
As a fan/customer (call it what you like) of the club it would be nice to be kept informed of what's going on regarding the single most important development for the club since it's inception. I therefore await some sort of official announcement sooner rather than later.
