Chelsea v Arsenal- how the players rated at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea

Petr Cech 7 Put under increasing pressure as the match went on. Commanded his penalty area well and made one crucial low save from Walcott.

Cesar Azpilicueta 7 The best of the four full-backs, quick to play the ball through midfield and get forward to put pressure on Gibbs. Tired as the match went on.

Branislav Ivanovic 9 Like the John Terry of old. Not pretty, but never shirked a fight, indomitable in the air and had a happy knack of appearing to be everywhere at once.

Gary Cahill 7 A wonderful long pass for the opening goal, and a superb saving challenge in injury time. Went wandering at times in between, though.
