Patrick appeared to come through unscathed, but the manager was playing his cards close to his chest as far as his team selection for Saturday is concerned, saying:
"We wanted to play Patrick for an hour but then I left him for five more minutes, and then another five, and then he ended playing the whole match."
"He worked hard and looked sharp. I will wait to see how he responds to tonight before deciding to use him on the weekend. I will make my decision on Thursday morning."
