Travelling Gooners - Fulham pub for away fans

Last updated : 09 September 2004 By Ray Herlihy
Designated meeting place for travelling Gooners is 'The Duke's Head' pub on Lower Richmond Road, overlooking the river, so come along for a few cold drinks, and an unofficial North Bank Knees Up.

Direction to the pub can be found here.

And general information here.

We arranged a similar meeting for the Community Shield game in Cardiff, and we had a great turn out, helping to create a superb pre-game atmosphere. Come along to enjoy the build up and chat to a few friendly faces, and try out a few new songs. Here's a fresh one to the tune of "Johnny Goes Marching Home":

HE LEFT THE SCUM AT WHITE HART LANE HURRAH!! HURRAH!!
HE COME TO PLAY FOR ARSENAL HURRAH!! HURRAH!!
WE NICKED THEIR CAPTAIN ON A FREE
AND AT THE LANE HE WON THE LEAGUE
AND WE'RE ALL GOING TO EUROPE WHILE TOTTENHAM STAY AT HOME.
